Known for her strategic thinking and strong leadership skills, she has made significant contributions to various high-profile projects and legal initiatives across the Philippines and internationally.

Ville is currently the Chief Marketing Officer/Philippine Operations Head at Bixie,  the financial app for women, where she leads marketing and public relations efforts. She also oversees global outreaches, including the successful launch campaign in Lagos, Nigeria, in partnership with the Netflix show Smart Money Women. 

Formerly, she served as the Legal Counsel for Local Government and Special Projects at Manila Electric Company (MERALCO), the largest electric distribution company in the Philippines, where she played a pivotal role in managing legal aspects of significant local and national projects. Ville played a key role in drafting high-impact contracts, ensuring compliance with both local and national regulations, and leading the development of sustainability initiatives and strategic partnerships with government agencies. Her exceptional contributions earned her the Legal Excellence Award in 2019 and 2023. 

In addition, Ville served as Foreign Counsel at Makes & Partners, a leading, award-winning law firm in Indonesia, where she provided expert legal support for mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and cross-border corporate matters, further strengthening her expertise in international commercial law.

She graduated from San Beda University-College of Law, one of the top law schools in the Philippines, with a Juris Doctor degree in 2011, garnering the Top 7 Highest GPA and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012. She finished her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Minor in Economics at the University of the Philippines-Manila, Cum Laude, in 2005.

In 2021, she finished her Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking course from the Ateneo De Manila University.

Outside her professional work, Ville is deeply involved in volunteer efforts, including disaster relief and community initiatives, including the mobilization of COVID-19 response and telehealth services teams in the country during the COVID-19 pandemic. She also coaches students, scholars, and teachers in her home city. 

She is also the Founder of Jurisbrewdence, an emerging premium coffee bean business based in the Philippines

Ville is fluent in English, Filipino and Ilocano and is currently learning Hangul.

Last but not the least, Ville loves to travel, take photos, dress up, and go to KPop concerts. 🙂
